С 13 сентября ставка по ипотечной программе «Строящееся жильё» банка ВТБ для клиентов ПИК снижена. При первоначальном взносе от 20% и сроке кредитования от 1 года до 30 лет процентная ставка теперь составит 9,2%. Размер кредита может составить от 600 000 до 90 000 000 рублей.
Программа распространяется на покупку квартир ПИК во всех регионах присутствия ВТБ.
